About The Role
- 1.接收客户订单计划，与客户保持良好沟通.按照客户需求，对货物进行订舱，运输并跟踪货物运输情况及时反馈给客户；
- 2.协调与客户，报关行，代理之间沟通，保障各操作环节顺畅执行，及时处相关运作环节的跟踪和异常处理；
- 3.负责业务货物状态的查询，跟踪等工作，及时跟踪货物状态并ISC系统中各节点按照考核要求及时刷新状态；对已到港货物及时上传提单及POD跟踪处理;
- 4.接收及处理客户投诉及相关报告的审核输出；业务相关各项资料确认及核对；
- 1、全日制大学本科及以上学历，物流管理、市场管理类相关专业；
- 2、英文读写说良好；
- 3、熟悉国际货代市场，熟悉空海运进出口所有环节；
- 4、具有极强的敬业精神并具备良好的行业管理理念，具有良好的沟通与谈判能力；
- 5、工作作风严谨稳健，精力充沛，团队组织能力强，能承受较大工作压力
