About The Role

  1. 负责三维扫描仪软件产品的需求管理与用户体验优化工作，包括：负责用户需求的调研、收集与分析，撰写产品需求文档（PRD）；负责软件交互流程与功能逻辑的设计与优化；负责用户反馈的跟踪处理与产品迭代规划；协调研发、测试、设计团队推进软件功能落地，以持续提升扫描软件的用户体验与易用性；
  2. 遵循规范的产品管理流程，持续提升软件产品的需求质量与交付效率；
  3. 编写产品相关的需求文档、用户手册及培训材料。
  4. 计算机、软件工程、工业设计或相关专业硕士学历，能力优秀者可放宽至本科；
  5. 具备良好的产品思维与用户需求分析能力；
  6. 具有工业软件、齿科3D设计软件或三维扫描软件产品经验者优先；
  7. 具有跨部门沟通协调及敏捷项目管理经验者优先；
  8. 了解三维扫描软件工作流程及用户痛点，曾参与过3D建模、渲染或扫描软件产品项目优先；
  9. 具备良好的文档撰写能力及英语读写能力优先。
