About The Role

  • 1.负责承接并实施新人制式、非制式培训课程在辖内机构的推广和落地；
  • 2.负责追踪本机构新人关键指标达成情况，定期对落后团队或个人进行督导；
  • 3.负责推动新人面谈等动作落地，定期开展效果评估并反馈优化建议；
  • 4.负责监控新增人力入口质量，跟踪新人成长路径，确保培训有效性；
  • 5.负责反馈一线新人培训需求，支持省公司新人培训教材的开发与推广；
  • 6.完成上级交办的其他工作。
  • 1.大学本科及以上学历；
  • 2.专业不限，金融、保险、管理、经济类、理工类专业优先。
