About The Role
- 指导、推进全省政企项目的开拓、转化、落地与维护；在部门总带领下进行全省条线业务的推进与督导；推进全省条线队伍建设；配合部门总进行部门管理。
- 1.具有良好的政治素质和道德品行，无违法违纪记录，无不良信用记录；
- 2.本科及以上学历；
- 2.熟练掌握政企项目、新军渠道经营的逻辑和经营策略，具一定项目运作经历与经验；
- 3.熟悉掌握业务专业经营体系的知识和运作技能，具备项目团队建设能力；
- 4.认同人保文化，具有强烈的责任感、敬业精神和团队协作意识，作风正派，诚实守信，廉洁自律，具备良好的职业操守。
