About The Role
- 1.负责承接并落地总公司主管培训要求，制定本省培训规划及机构衔接方案，包括但不限于“叄飞”培训等。
- 2.负责严格按照标准运作各项主管培训，督导并定期检落地效果，结合经营节奏定期开展专项提升培训。
- 3.负责本机构主管核心指标的达成，定期分析数据，对落后机构进行督导。
- 4.负责萃取本机构主管培育优秀实践案例，组织经验交流及实践落地。
- 5.负责反馈一线主管培训的需求并支持总部主管培训教材的开发、推广。
- 6.完成领导交办的其他工作。
- 大学本科及以上学历，金融、经济、保险等专业优先，有良好的沟通、协调能力，无不良从业记录，无经商办企业情况，干部人事档案齐全。
