About The Role

  • 1.负责本机构新人养成培训的具体实施工作，追踪新人培训相关考核指标的达成，协同省公司推动标准化培训流程的落地，监控新增人力入口质量与成长过程；
  • 2.负责本机构主管培训、绩优培训的具体实施与过程督导，专项支持综金、新军渠道培训工作，以及综合金融、职域经营项目培训的执行与效果追踪；
  • 3.负责本机构队伍培训规划、资源管理、制度建设和支持保障工作，包括培训计划与预算、电子化平台管理、师资队伍建设、合规风控及荣誉体系建设等综合性管理职责；
  • 4.完成上级交办的其他工作。
  • 1.大学本科及以上学历；
  • 2.教育、金融、经济、保险等专业；
  • 3.熟练运用各类办公软件；
  • 4.熟悉基本政策和监管机构的相关要求；
  • 5.掌握并遵守公司的管理制度和流程；
  • 6.能够独立运用专业知识于日常性和事务性工作中。
