About The Role

  • 1、负责推进公司数据库整体架构设计，支持公司全面信创工作。
  • 2、负责数据库全生命周期管理，包括安装部署、告警监控、容灾备份、性能调优、数据同步、故障解决、权限管控等。
  • 3、完成其他数据库相关工作。
  • 1、国内外高校本科及以上学历，具有3年以上DBA工作经验，具有金融行业核心数据库管理经验者优先；
  • 2、精通oceanbase数据库及oracle、mysql数据库原理至少一种，对于高可用架构，性能优化有深刻理解，熟练掌握ocp oms odc等相关工具。
  • 3、具备达梦、gaussdb、tidb至少一种具有实际运维经验，熟悉linux 存储等硬件性能优化的基础知识；
  • 4、能够使用python、shell等进行数据库自动化运维开发，工具开发，对aiops有一定的理解，特别出色者优先；
  • 5、具有强烈的责任感和出色的抗压能力。
