About The Role

  1. 负责门诊、住院药房的处方审核、药品调配、核对与发药工作，确保调剂过程准确、规范、安全；
  2. 严格执行药品管理相关制度，参与药品验收、入库、养护、效期管理和盘点等工作；
  3. 协助开展合理用药宣教，配合临床科室提供基础药学支持与咨询服务；
  4. 规范填写调剂相关记录，保障药学服务全过程可追溯；
  5. 参与科室质量改进活动及药事管理工作，落实各项院感防控与操作规范要求。
  6. 全日制本科及以上学历，药学、中药学或临床药学等相关专业；
  7. 具备药师专业技术资格，或已通过国家药学专业技术资格考试（初级）；
  8. 熟悉《医疗机构药事管理规定》《处方管理办法》等法规要求，掌握常用药品的性状、配伍禁忌及储存条件；
  9. 能独立完成处方审核与药品调配；
  10. 具备良好的沟通能力、责任心和细致严谨的工作作风，能适应轮班工作安排。
