About The Role

  1. 协助研究员进行数据及资料搜集整理和分析、数据库更新等工作；
  2. 参与整理会议纪要，课题、专题报告的撰写工作；
  3. 参与撰写日报周报、系统课题等报告；
  4. 按时完成组内布置的工作、遵循部门日常管理。
  5. 硕士研究生及以上学历，数学、量化、金融、经济等相关专业，理工科及复合专业背景优先；
  6. 具有良好的英语基础，熟练使用wind、Bloomberg，具有CPA、CFA等相关职业资格证书者优先考虑；
  7. 工作踏实勤奋、主动性强、乐观进取，对证券投资有浓厚兴趣；
  8. 每周实习3天以上，实习周期3个月以上，通过季度考核者方能留用至下季度，并优先考虑留用；
  9. 总量研究细分子领域：宏观、策略、固定收益等。
