About The Role

  • 1、参与大功率开关电源模块硬件方案设计，承担子电路（PFC/LLC/DAB/辅助源等）的原理图设计与仿真；
  • 2、负责磁性元件（变压器/电感）的设计计算、样机跟进与测试验证；
  • 3、配合PCB工程师完成Layout评审、试产问题跟踪、整机调试与EMC整改；
  • 4、编写硬件设计说明、测试报告、BOM等技术文件，参与设计评审；
  • 5、跟踪宽禁带器件（SiC/GaN）与数字电源新拓扑动态，参与预研立项工作。
  • 1、硕士及以上学历，电子电气/控制工程/电力电子等相关专业，应届或1年内毕业；
  • 2、电力电子基础扎实，熟悉PWM整流、LLC谐振、移相全桥/DAB等基本拓扑的工作原理；
  • 3、熟练使用 LTspice 或 MATLAB/Simulink 进行电源仿真；
  • 4、了解磁性元件设计基本方法（AP法、磁芯选型、损耗估算），能看懂磁件规格书；
  • 5、熟悉PCB设计工具（Allegro/Altium/PADS至少一种）；
  • 6、有电源相关竞赛经历或项目经验者优先（电子设计竞赛、电力电子创新大赛、TI杯等）；
  • 7、具备EMC/安规基础概念，能看懂传导辐射测试报告；
  • 8、学习能力强，能在导师指导下完成子模块设计-调试-试产闭环。
