Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced
- Destination Operations professional
- with strong expertise in
Maldives and Mauritius
- , along with a good understanding of other international holiday destinations. The role will be responsible for managing
- end-to-end destination operations
- , ensuring seamless execution of itineraries, bookings, guest requirements, and on-ground arrangements.
Job Responsibilities
Destination Expertise: Strong operational knowledge of Maldives and Mauritius and destination-specific procedures.
Hotel & Supplier Relations: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with hoteliers, resort teams, DMCs, and other suppliers to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
Competitive Pricing & Negotiation: Ability to source and negotiate competitive hotel rates and value-added benefits, ensuring pricing matches or beats market expectations while maintaining healthy margins.
Worldwide Hotel Expertise: Good knowledge of international hotel businesses and properties across major global destinations, with the ability to recommend suitable hotels based on client requirements, budget, and preferences.
Operations Management: Handle end-to-end hotel operations, including reservations, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, upgrades, special requests, rooming lists, and guest requirements.
Partner Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internal teams, hotels, and suppliers to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely resolution of operational issues.
Problem Solving: Proactively handle operational challenges and provide quick, practical solutions while maintaining strong relationships with both clients and suppliers.
