NPD Support & ASD Component Development a) Technical support during NPD (New Product Development) for Design/Calculation review of Yaw/Pitch Motors/Drives, Coupling & Shrink Disc. b) Technical Support during ASD (Alternate Source Development) of Yaw/Pitch Motors/Drives and Coupling as per business needs through Suzlon Design Change Process (DCP) c) Proto assembly / field validation Coupling, Yaw and Pitch Drives. ASD Spare development and RCA for Fleet Support a) ASD of spares for Yaw/Pitch Motors/Drives, Coupling & Shrink Disc as per business needs through DCP b) ASD spares proto assembly/field validation Coupling, Yaw and Pitch Drives. c) RCA for serial issues in Coupling, Yaw and Pitch Drives Product Documentation Ensure Product Documentation for Pitch drive, Yaw Drive, Coupling and Shrink disc Development Domain 1) KISSSoft - Gearbox Gear calculations, 2) Understanding of Turbine Loads, 3) Understanding of Yaw System and Pitch System 4) Understanding of Noise & Vibration, 5) Analysing SCADA Data, 6) MATLAB - NPTEL, 7) MS Excel Macros and Data Analysis Competency Development 1)Understanding of HSE policy & Environment aspect-impact of our product, 2) Awareness of ISO9001:2015, 3)Awareness of ISO14001:2015, 4) Understanding of our components through site visit, 5) Understanding of our components through plant visit. 6) Take benefit from at least One GLD training to improve soft skills
