To ensure that the plant operates as per the rated capacity and achieves the target as per the business plan. To ensure the availability of Raw materials, components , spares and consumables etc. on time as per the requirement. QUALITY : To establish the system of effective manufacturing processes by adopting quality tools & principles in line with TQM/Lean manufacturing practices. To continuously monitor the process & improve the systems by eliminating wastages and initiate cost control.
