Deputy General Manager - Semi Solid

Key Responsibilities. • Oversee production operations for Semi Solid to meet targets with quality and compliance. • Ensure adherence to cGMP, regulatory, and safety standards across all manufacturing activities. • Plan and execute daily and monthly production schedules in coordination with cross-functional teams. • Drive process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement initiatives. • Monitor OEE, yield, and downtime, implementing corrective and preventive actions. • Coordinate with QA, Engineering, and Maintenance for equipment readiness and validation. • Lead and develop the production team through training and performance management. • Maintain audit readiness and compliance with USFDA, WHO, and other regulatory requirements. Experience: 18 to 22 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
