About The Role
Bespoke Britannia is recruiting on behalf of a private client in Henley-On-Thames who is expanding their residential security team. This role operates on a 2 week-on / week-off rotation and is ideal for experienced security professionals who have previously worked within private households or residential estates. Working within a small and professional team, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the safety and security of the property and its residents. The role requires someone who is reliable, discreet, proactive, and able to adapt to a variety of security and estate-related responsibilities. As a Residential Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment during the night shift. Duties will include conducting patrols, monitoring security systems, and responding promptly and professionally to any incidents or concerns. Key Responsbilities Conduct regular patrols of the residential property to ensure full security coverage Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other security infrastructure Respond quickly and professionally to any incidents, alarms, or emergencies Identify and report suspicious activity or safety hazards Assist residents with security-related concerns where required Maintain detailed incident and activity reports Ocassional driving requirement Job Role Your duties will include but are not limited to – Conduct regular patrols of the residential property to ensure full security coverage Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and other security infrastructure Respond quickly and professionally to any incidents, alarms, or emergencies Identify and report suspicious activity or safety hazards Assist residents with security-related concerns where required Maintain detailed incident and activity reports
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar residential or private security role Experience working within a Residential Security Team (RST) is essential SIA Close Protection licence is a legal requirement for this position Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels High levels of discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness Ability to remain calm and respond effectively to challenging situations A stable work history with the ability to provide a full reference history Well-rounded individuals with interests and hobbies outside of work are highly regarded.
