We're seeking a Global Marketing Manager – Healthcare to lead the growth strategy for one of our most important global businesses. This is an opportunity to shape the future of healthcare packaging, drive innovation, and influence strategic decisions across a global organization.
Remote (U.S.) | Preferred Location: Wilmington, DE
Travel: Approximately 25-35% Global Travel

Location & Travel
- This position is posted as Remote within the United States .
- Wilmington, Delaware is the preferred location to support leadership visibility and business collaboration.
- Approximately 25-35% global travel is required to support customer engagement, team leadership, industry events, and business meetings.
What You'll Do
Lead Global Growth Strategy
- Own the Healthcare segment strategy, including near-term business objectives and the 5-year growth roadmap.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and new growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic plans that accelerate revenue growth and market leadership.
Drive Commercial Excellence
- Translate customer and market insights into differentiated value propositions.
- Lead commercialization efforts for new products and innovations.
- Partner with Product Management on portfolio and pricing strategies.
Influence Business Decisions
- Guide investment priorities and resource allocation.
- Provide strategic input on long-term capacity and asset planning.
- Strengthen competitive intelligence and market insights.
Partner Across Functions
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure Healthcare GMP execution.
- Partner with Sustainability and Regulatory teams on emerging industry trends.
- Work with Marketing Communications to develop customer-facing campaigns and thought leadership.
Lead and Develop a Global Team
This role has responsibility for four global direct reports , including
- Regional Marketing Managers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia
- Marketing Specialist
- You'll develop talent, build organizational capability, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Reports to: Global Business Director, Tyvek® Roll Goods

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategy, Product Management, or related business functions
- Experience leading growth initiatives and translating strategy into execution
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- MBA or advanced technical degree
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience managing global teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare packaging markets
