About The Role

  • Develop all training manuals both for end users and for administrators
  •  Develop on-line training material (using SAP Solutions Manager)
  •  Facilitate training on both the product and on the changes in process (the new process) i.e. on the
  • application and on the new context
  •  Facilitate training for groups of between 5 – 20 people
  •  Assess training conducted on candidates to determine knowledge acquired (develop training
  • assessments as necessary)
  •  Manages resistance to change
