Salesforce Administrator Trainer - Freelance

About The Role
- Develop all training manuals both for end users and for administrators
- Develop on-line training material (using SAP Solutions Manager)
- Facilitate training on both the product and on the changes in process (the new process) i.e. on the
- application and on the new context
- Facilitate training for groups of between 5 – 20 people
- Assess training conducted on candidates to determine knowledge acquired (develop training
- assessments as necessary)
- Manages resistance to change
