Junior Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a hands-on operations role at a direct-to-consumer health company, sitting at the intersection of supply chain, logistics, and process improvement. You will coordinate across suppliers, warehouses, and technology partners to keep order fulfillment running smoothly and help build more efficient operational workflows as the business grows.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate with producers, warehouses, and software providers to ensure reliable order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Support supply chain planning and logistics execution to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Manage ERP and logistics tools to track shipments, inventory levels, and key operational metrics.
• Communicate across internal teams and external partners to surface and resolve operational bottlenecks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Up to 2 years of professional experience, with a background in consulting, strategy, or operations internships.
• Hands-on exposure to operations, supply chain, or logistics functions.
• Experience in direct-to-consumer or e-commerce environments, including familiarity with customer fulfillment workflows.
• Proficiency with ERP systems or logistics management tools; exposure to warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders such as producers, warehouses, and software vendors.
• Fluency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Structured, analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving skills and close attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-starting, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary range: 40,000 to 60,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

LOCATION

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin, Germany.
