Business Analyst - Process Governance| Mumbai

To manage financial governance, reporting, compliance, analytics, transformation, and performance management activities by ensuring regulatory adherence, operational effectiveness, financial integrity, informed decision-making, and continuous improvement in support of organizational objectives.

• Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Documentation: Document business processes, workflows, and systems to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Governance: Ensure that processes comply with organizational policies, standards, and regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
• Training: Provide training and support to staff on new processes and systems.
