Guest Services

The jobs in this level are responsible for providing the first point of service to guests which includes answering phone calls, greeting gusts and answering basic clarifications to ensure their satisfaction.

• Follows all relevant procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job in Hospitality to ensure continuity of work.
• Helps guests check in, by greeting them, providing them with a key, and showing them where their room is located.
• Acts as the first point of contact for enquiries to guests coming into the hotels, in order to answers their questions and be of assistance.
• Answers phone calls and transfers them to the concerned parties
• Ensures the smooth running of the reception area at all times and keeping this neat and tidy, to present an appropriate image of the hotel.
• Takes and passes on messages to determine when something is urgent and expedites a response.

Education

• Diploma degree in Administration or Hospitality

Experience

• 0-2 years of related experience
• On -job training
