About The Role
Your Role
The Partner Services Vendor Management team leads vendor contracting and oversight for a portfolio of Healthcare Quality and Affordability programs. The Program Coordinator, Experienced will report to the Senior Manager, Vendor Management, Partner Services. In this role you will focus on vendor contracting and oversight, and you may have oversight responsibilities for one or more vendors. You will also support the Partner Services vendor management team in key projects, including the establishment of best-in-class vendor management and contracting processes.

Your Work
In this role, you will
- Work independently to design, develop, implement and/or oversee operations of small, new or enhanced Partner Services clinical programs.
- Support Principal Program Managers on larger programs and vendor contracting.
- Develop new vendor management processes.
- Assist with developing and managing program documentation.
- Review documentation/data for completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with internal and external parties on program status.
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Requires 3 years of prior relevant experience.
- Requires practical knowledge of vendor management typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- Requires strong communication skills.
- Requires ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Vendor contracting and program or project management experience preferred.
- Medicare and Medi-Cal knowledge and experience preferred.
Hybrid
This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
