Senior Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform technical support activities related to manufacturing with engineering approaches to effectively respond to each work request in term of productivity, quality and cost.
• Release, add and change process instruction.
• Establish appropriate performance report.
• Perform manufacturing yield and process monitoring, improvement, problem solving.
• Supervise technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way.
• Perform related work as assigned.
• Coordinate with other sections including oversea organization concerning technical issues related to the product.
• Give advice for team performance improvement per section goal setting with proper training and supervision.

REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience at least 3 years in Engineering or related field

PREFERRED

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment
• Knowledge of HDD Process & Technology, HDD Quality Management and ESD & Contamination 
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 concepts 

SKILLS

• Fluent English communication and Computer operation

• Data analysis skills (Excel, basic statistics)

• Coaching skills
