• Job Summary**
• Responsible for assembling electronic and computer components and sub-assemblies according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
• Job Responsibilities**

• Perform precise assembly of electronic and computer components, including circuit boards, cables, and enclosures, using various hand tools and power tools.
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials to ensure accurate product construction.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and inspections to identify and rectify defects, ensuring products meet quality standards.
• Operate and maintain assembly equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Document production activities, including completed units, defects, and any issues encountered during the assembly process.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve assembly challenges.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.

Job Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as assembly instructions, diagrams, and schematics.
• Proficiency with hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, pliers, cutters) and basic power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
