What you'll do

• Inspect and clean food preparation and serving areas to maintain sanitation standards.
• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and disposing of perishables.
• Stock, organize, and maintain kitchen supplies, equipment, and utensils.
• Prepare food items by following recipes, including baking, grilling, chopping, and portioning.
• Operate kitchen and baking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety policies by monitoring temperatures and completing logs.
• Provide customer service by greeting guests, responding to inquiries, and processing payments.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

• Proven ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation and service areas following established safety standards.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 - $28.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. ㅤ
