Arden's Garden is looking for part time and full time baristas at our Buckhead and Sandy Springs locations for the following shifts: AM (7 AM-5 PM) and Mid-Day (12 PM-5 PM)! This is a role where you will serve our guests by making smoothies, sharing product knowledge, and creating remarkable customer experiences.

To be successful, you should have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and enjoy working with all types of people. The ideal candidate will be a great multitasker and have excellent customer service skills and prior experience in sales or in the food industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

Operate blenders and sell healthy juices and smoothies
Share nutritional knowledge with customers
Ensure Loss Prevention
Develop strong relationships with customers
Assist with inventory management and merchandising
Assist with store operations

Job QualificationsQualifications and Skills

Dedicated and hardworking
Able to operate a POS system
Bartender, barista, and service industry experience not required but preferred
Good attention to details
Must be a multitasker, make the most of working in a fun & fast-paced environment
