Sales Representative

We are a marketing agency serving real estate professionals in the United States, with a sales team of more than 50 people. We are hiring a remote Sales Closer, based in Mexico, to run pre-booked sales calls with US real estate prospects and convert them into signed clients.

This role does not involve prospecting or cold calling. Our appointment-setting team books qualified meetings into your calendar. Your job is to run the call and close.

What you will do

• Run scheduled calls with pre-qualified prospects and present our services
• Follow our sales process from first call through to signed agreement
• Handle objections and questions professionally
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
• Professional English proficiency, spoken and written. All client calls are conducted in English with US-based clients.
• Experience closing sales, ideally by phone or video
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Must reside in Mexico
• Availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mexico City time
• Full-time independent contractor engagement
• Base pay of 5,200 MXN per week
• Commission of 680 MXN per closed deal, paid on top of base pay
• Fully remote, work from anywhere in Mexico
• Pre-booked appointments — no prospecting or cold calling
• Sales scripts, onboarding, and ongoing training provided
