About The Role
Complete Building Services, a building operations and facilities maintenance company, is currently seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for a large facility (1,000,000 sq. ft.) in Washington. CBS is a division of The Donohoe Companies, Inc. - Washington's oldest real estate company. The Maintenance Mechanic shall have the ability to perform general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.
