The Litivation, CFIUS Paralegal is an integral part of Latham’s Legal, Professional, and Paralegal team. This role will be responsible for providing advanced legal and procedural support to attorneys on complex litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters, handling substantive assignments with limited supervision, while coordinating assignments, priorities, deadlines, and case activities with attorneys and case teams.
