Experience
- Experience delivering a diverse range of immunizations
- Minimum of two (2) years recent relevant experience in public health nursing
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

- High level of accuracy in health assessment, nursing diagnosis and treatment.
- Demonstrates skill in group education, individual counselling and advocacy
- Demonstrates flexibility by adjusting workload to accommodate client needs.
- Demonstrated knowledge in media communication and social marketing.
- Ability to exercise independent decision making in a community-based environment
- Identifies the importance of culture on health.
- Uses independent judgment based on Public Health principles.
- Ability to be self-directed
- Uses critical analysis, reflective practice and assessment.
- Uses knowledge of determinants of health in interactions with clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
