Check and record all stock levels

• Complete a daily usage report
• Compile Action Log for each report
• Submit the daily pasteurizer report to Account Manager/Technician

before shift end

• Complete a daily service report for Boilers, Cooling Systems ,

Pasteurizers and Chlorine dioxide

• Check and record stock levels at Bulk Concentrate CIP Stations
• Check all equipment (ensure spares are kept on site)
• Attend morning meetings
• Check for slime and beer foam in the pasteurizer.
• Ensure that there is enough bromine in the brominator.
• Check and record stock levels at Chemical Stations
• Collect samples from Boilers, Cooling systems, Pasteurizers and Chlorine

dioxide systems for testing purposes.

• Check for leaks in equipment, pumps, tanks, around chemical stations
• Clean brominators and PWR sumps during line maintenance days. ▪

• Transfer chemicals from bulk storage to day tanks, if necessary ▪ Check if
• they are enough testing reagents onsite.

• Ensure good housekeeping

around the Bulk Storage areas & Chemical Stations

• Oversee receiving of stock Submit the daily utilities report to Account

Manager/Technician before shift ends
