About The Role
As a V.I.E Asset Management Analyst, you will work closely with the Scandinavian Asset Management team to identify and deliver value creation opportunities across the portfolio.
You will gain hands-on exposure to business planning, asset performance, investment and valuation processes, as well as strategic projects covering sustainability, ancillary income and customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your key responsibilities will include
Portfolio strategy and value creation
- Support the implementation of asset strategies and business plans
- Identify value creation opportunities across leasing, ancillary income, retail media, services and customer experience
- Monitor asset performance, market trends, catchment areas and competitive positioning
Business planning and performance analysis
- Contribute to annual budgets, forecasts and five-year business plans
- Prepare financial analyses, dashboards and management reporting
- Track the performance and delivery of approved CAPEX and strategic initiatives
Investment and valuation
- Coordinate the preparation of data and assumptions for external valuations
- Review valuation reports and challenge key assumptions
- Support the analysis of acquisition and disposal opportunities
- Contribute to financial modelling and investment committee materials
Governance and strategic projects
- Prepare decision-making materials for internal committees, shareholders and co-owners
- Contribute to quarterly asset reviews and ad hoc strategic analyses
- Support sustainability and operational projects such as solar energy, EV charging and parking optimization
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Master’s degree in finance, real estate, business or engineering
- Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial concepts
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and AI-powered productivity tools
- Fluency in both French and English is required
- Curious, proactive and comfortable working in an international environment
- Previous experience in real estate, investment, consulting or corporate finance is an advantage but not required

- Age requirements to meet : Over 18 and under 28 years old on the date you apply and register on the Mon VI website. The assignment must start no later than your 29th birthday (bearing in mind that a V.I.E contract always starts on the 1st of the month).
- Be French or a European citizen (EU countries + Monaco, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway).
- You are not yet a Danish resident.
- Be in good standing with regard to the national service obligations of your country(ies) (defence ID n°).
- Have a clean criminal record.
- Be able to devote yourself full time to your assignment : no part-time work, entrepreneurship, studies or paid activity at the same time as your V.I.E.

- International travel: Occasional travel within Scandinavia
