PMO Analyst

We are seeking an experienced PMO professional in project governance, portfolio management, reporting, financial tracking, and stakeholder management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring project delivery excellence through effective planning, monitoring, risk management, and governance support across multiple programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive PMO governance across projects/programs.
• Track project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Prepare and publish weekly/monthly project status reports and dashboards.
• Monitor project financials, budgeting, forecasting, and resource utilization.
• Facilitate project review meetings and track action items to closure.
• Identify, track, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support demand management, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational PMO processes, standards, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, project plans, and governance artifacts.
• Provide insights and recommendations to project and leadership teams through data analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
