About The Role
Join Hermès, a prestigious French luxury brand, as a Welcomist in our Athens boutique. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and support the Sales Associates Team. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree, fluency in Greek and English, and proficiency in Excel/IT tools.
- Welcome clients with a warm and hospitable greeting, and build strong relationships to discover their needs.
- Manage customer queues through a dedicated app on Hermès devices, and support the Sales Associates Team by helping schedule appointments.
- Manage front and back relationship with the Operations Teams to ensure the online, after sales service and reservations orders delivery.
