About The Role

Join a leading product development organization focused on building next-generation AI-enabled health technology products. As a Senior Product Manager (Market Intelligence), you will own the roadmap and development of structured market analytics products, translating ambiguous business questions into well-defined product requirements and driving product execution from requirements through delivery. You will work closely with engineering and analytics teams, ensuring products are designed for consumption by AI agents and downstream applications.

  • Own and drive the roadmap for new structured market analytics products, prioritizing investments based on user needs, market opportunity, and fit with the broader platform.
  • Lead end-to-end development of new standardized market analytics products: data source evaluation, data model and metric design, validation, and release.
  • Define and track success metrics for each product, including accuracy, adoption, and usage, and ensure products are designed for consumption by AI agents and downstream applications.
  • Experience building and managing data products on cloud data platforms required, with Snowflake strongly preferred
  • Healthcare background, with working knowledge of healthcare data (such as claims, provider, and market data) and industry dynamics across providers and payers
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, analytics, or data product roles, with demonstrated success delivering data-intensive products
  • Demonstrated success taking products from concept to pilot to scale in ambiguous, early-stage environments
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a technical or quantitative field a plus
  • Consulting experience preferred, with an understanding of how advisory teams use data and analytics in client work
  • Deep analytics expertise, including SQL, data modeling, metric definition, and hands-on work with large datasets
  • Proven ability to define the right metrics, use data to drive decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders
