About The Role

Join FareHarbor, a leading B2B SaaS company, as a Group Product Manager. In this pivotal role, you will own and drive the success of our Core Product Group, shaping its strategy and execution. You will lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, drive product excellence through data-driven decision-making, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Product Management, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for creating client value.

  • Own the Core Product Group at FareHarbor, shaping its strategy and execution, and driving client innovation.
  • Lead and mentor the Product Managers in your group, fostering a culture of accountability, fast execution, and continuous learning.
  • Drive product excellence through data-driven decision-making, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with client value, market demands, and business impact.
  • Strong understanding of the opportunities and limitations of AI, including how to evaluate quality, reliability, privacy, and client value when incorporating AI into product experiences
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring Product Managers, setting product processes, and fostering product thinking and methodology
  • Experience in sizing opportunities and translating them into products, features and processes that deliver value
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a history of delivering measurable results
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on B2B SaaS
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and break them down into scalable solutions
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, leading with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making effective trade-offs based on business and user needs
  • Experience in sizing opportunities and translating them into products, features, and processes that drive value
  • Experience building AI-enabled products, including identifying high-value use cases, partnering with Engineering and Data/AI teams, and bringing AI capabilities from discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration
