• Defining and deploying the Business Unit's Industrial, Technical, QHSE and Digital Roadmap in alignment with business objectives and Nexans Group strategy.
• Driving operational excellence across all manufacturing sites by improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity and Inventory performance through standardized methodologies and governance.
• Leading strategic CAPEX programs, industrial transformation projects and footprint optimization initiatives to support future growth and competitiveness.
