CDI - International Training Manager - EME + US - Erborian

Rejoins Erborian, une marque de beauté innovante. En tant que Responsable de la Formation Internationale, tu seras en charge de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de formation d'Erborian sur les marchés EME et aux États-Unis. Tu animeras des sessions de formation, adapteras les outils de formation aux besoins locaux et contribueras au développement de notre écosystème d'apprentissage numérique.

• Lead and deliver training sessions across EME markets for retail partners, Beauty Advisors, trainers, ambassadors, and commercial teams.
• Adapt global training tools and materials to the specific needs of EME markets, ensuring relevance, clarity, and consistency with local business priorities.
• Contribute to the development of My Erbo Academy as a key digital learning platform for international markets, developing and deploying English-language training content.

**PROFILE**

• Strong passion for **beauty, skincare and Education**.
• Proven experience in **training, retail education, field training or learning & development**, ideally within the beauty industry
• Strong experience delivering **in-person and virtual training** and facilitating engaging learning experiences
• Comfortable working with international markets and adapting to different cultural and business environments
• Strong business mindset, with the ability to connect **Education, Brand, Sales and market priorities**
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Highly autonomous, proactive and organized, with strong project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships with international stakeholders
• Creative mindset with a genuine interest in **innovating training formats and experiences**

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing or equivalent
• **4–5+ years of experience** in Training, Retail Education, Learning & Development or a related field
• Previous experience in an **international environment is required**
• Fluent in **English**
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and content creation tools; Canva is a plus
• Comfortable with digital learning platforms and LMS environments
• Willingness to travel internationally as required by the role
