This role requires deep engineering expertise, an IT product mindset for automation, and the ability to mentor junior team members. You will work directly with IT leadership, Security leadership, and department heads across the company.

  • Development of scalable, resilient workflow automation solutions to streamline critical business processes.
  • Integration of disparate systems by building robust, fault-tolerant connections using APIs and event-driven architectures.
  • Systems Integration: Proven experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and querying and managing relational databases (SQL strongly preferred)
  • Automation Platforms: Extensive experience designing and managing centralized automation platforms (e.g., n8n, SOAR, Ansible, Workato, or custom frameworks)
  • Compliance Context: Experience operating in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or similar) with exposure to SOC 2, HIPAA, or equivalent compliance frameworks
  • Communication: Able to communicate effectively across a wide range of audiences — from engineers to GTM stakeholders, from individual contributors to executives
  • Experience: 10+ years in IT Engineering, IT Apps Development, or DevOps, with at least 5 years dedicated to large-scale enterprise automation
  • Cloud & Platform Expertise: Deep hands-on experience automating complex operations and governance across GCP, AWS, and/or Azure. You will bring an ability to build and modularize infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (i.e. Terraform)
  • Programming Proficiency: Highly proficient in at least one modern programming language; strong preference for Python
  • Experience with agentic AI or ML models applied to IT automation (proactive issue detection, intelligent routing, NLP)
