Continuous Improvement Executive M/F

Join our team as a Continuous Improvement Executive. In this role, you will lead the deployment of the 5S methodology, conduct periodic audits, and promote participative innovation initiatives. You will also monitor and support the advancement of QRQC maturity, track lean project progress, and report on improvement KPIs. Ideal candidates will have experience in the manufacturing/automotive industry and a passion for continuous improvement.

• Lead the deployment of the 5S methodology across the organization and conduct periodic audits.
• Promote and facilitate Participative Innovation initiatives by encouraging team involvement and overseeing the process.
• Monitor and support the advancement of QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) maturity at various organizational levels.
