Treasury Operations Coordinator

Join our Finance team as a Treasury Operations Coordinator. In this detail-oriented role, you will manage day-to-day treasury operations, oversee banking administration, cash management, payment processing, and bank reconciliations. You will also maintain strong financial controls, support audits, and ensure compliance with internal policies and banking requirements. As you gain experience, your responsibilities will expand to include cash flow evaluation, treasury reporting, and process improvement.

• Oversee banking administration, cash management, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.
• Process and post daily bank statements, maintain and reconcile corporate card transactions, and manage customer direct debit collections.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with banking partners and internal stakeholders, and support internal and external audits.
• Strong understanding of banking processes and payment operations
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities
• Experience performing bank reconciliations
• Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with banks and internal stakeholders
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with financial data
• Previous experience in Treasury Operations, Finance Operations, Cash Management, Accounts or similar operations
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience working in a multi-entity or international organisation
• Knowledge of corporate treasury management, cash forecasting money markets or liquidity management
• Understanding of intercompany funding, loan interest, foreign exchange and treasury controls
• Experience supporting financial audits and KYC processes
