Sales Recruiter

Join Compass International Holdings as a Sales Recruiter, where you will drive the talent acquisition strategy for our growing Sales team. You will partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to develop and manage sourcing/recruiting strategies, assist in promoting the company culture, and drive the recruiting process from beginning to end. You will also build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners, and leverage AI to enhance recruiting efficiency.

• Considerable skill in interviewing techniques
• Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications, especially Google Suite
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Sales/Business Development/Strategic Growth skill sets and commission-based/OTE roles
• High index on resiliency, sense of urgency and emotional intelligence
• 3+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast- paced, high volume sales environment
• Highly motivated self-starter that possesses high energy, meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to creatively source and engage passive sales talent, including candidates who may not be actively looking for a new opportunity
• Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Comfort leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve sourcing, research, outreach, and recruiting workflows; curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools and approaches
