Zopa for Business - Risk Lead

As the Risk Lead for Zopa for Business, you will lead the team responsible for managing risks arising from partnerships and distribution activities across all Zopa for Business products. This senior leadership role requires strong experience in risk management, compliance, and financial crime in a regulated financial services environment. You will set the direction for partner risk management, provide clear commercial risk advice to senior stakeholders, and ensure that risk is well managed and proportionate to the opportunity.

• Lead the risk function for Zopa for Business, developing and inspiring the risk team while setting high standards and a strong culture of sound judgment.
• Own the end-to-end approach to partner and distributor risk, ensuring it remains effective, pragmatic, and fit for a growing business.
• Be a trusted adviser to business leaders, helping them make well-informed decisions that balance growth, customer outcomes, and risk appetite.
