Senior Platform Engineer

Join Zopa, a pioneering fintech company that has redefined banking since its inception in 2005. As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our cloud infrastructure and developer experience. You will work closely with engineering teams to design and evolve reliable cloud platform capabilities, improve operational patterns, and contribute to platform standards. This hybrid role requires you to be in our London office 2-3 days a week, with the option to work from abroad for up to 120 days a year.

• Design and evolve reliable cloud platform capabilities for engineering teams, focusing on AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and operational patterns.
• Partner with engineers to understand their needs and make safe, maintainable choices, taking ownership of work from problem definition through delivery.
• Help build reusable tooling, guardrails, and self-service foundations, contributing to platform standards across Cloud Infrastructure, DBA, and DevX.
