About The Role
Your Role: - Maintains, analyzes, installsand resolves first level desktop computer and computing appliance issues for organization’s end-users, including (but not limited to) answering questions, providing advice, troubleshooting hardware and software problems using diagnostic tools and/or troubleshooting procedures. Reports To: - Director/IT Infrastructure Services
