The Licensed Insurance Agent provides inbound customer support for RealPage Insurance products. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers with insurance-related questions and service needs. The agent assists with policy servicing, payments, billing questions, website navigation, coverage inquiries, claims-related questions, policy rewrites, and endorsements. This is a fast-paced, call-center-style environment focused on accurate, efficient, and customer-friendly service. The hourly pay range for this position is $22.00–$24.00, with eligibility for a monthly incentive plan. This position is located in Richardson, Tx in a Hybrid Environment two days a week.
