Job Description

Manages a team that include managers, senior professionals, and support staff. Executes strategies to achieve functional objectives and deliver desired results. Develops departmental plans that prioritize business/network/agency needs and allocate resources effectively in alignment with functional goals. Oversees resource management to ensure optimal utilization of time, skills, and budgets for meeting performance targets.

Develops the agency / network strategic plan(s) for managing key accounts to ensure its continued successful growth and profitability. Provides expertise and perspective on best practices to produce point of views for internal teams and clients. Develops informed, creative strategies for clients, providing inspiration and innovative uses for media channels to bring first to market opportunities. Leverages research and assessment of key new-to-market platforms, identifying the feasibility and use cases for clients.

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
