IT Transformation Head

Work Setup: Hybrid (Makati)

The IT, Systems, and Transformation Head to lead our technology and digital transformation efforts. Based in Makati with a hybrid work setup, this leadership role will oversee the development and implementation of IT systems and transformational projects to drive innovation and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the IT and systems strategy aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee the planning, development, and deployment of IT systems and infrastructure to support business operations.
• Drive transformational projects to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and leverage emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal value and delivery.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Mentor and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 10 years in IT leadership roles with a focus on systems management and digital transformation.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects and transformational initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in hybrid or flexible work environments is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance requirements.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma) are beneficial.
