About The Role
House Supervisor RN - Nursing Administration at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center. This posting represents a per-diem, night shift opening. You will be scheduled4 shifts per month with 2 weekend shifts offered per month.
The Hospital Supervisor is accountable for the provision of quality nursing services and coordination of the inter-professional team in a hospital for a defined shift.
With a consistent focus on patient and family centered care and high reliability principles, the Supervisor promotes evidence-based practice within a context of constant change in patient volume and acuity, and available resources. The Hospital Supervisor serves as the primary leader in ensuring effective and efficient patient flow in the Hospital.
S/he builds collaborative relationships with others Health System and uses timely and effective verbal and written communication approaches. S/he constructively leads through organizational change. The Supervisor demonstrates commitment to lifelong learning and demonstrates contemporary professional nursing standards and skills.

Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.
