To be successful in this role, you must have the following: Diploma, preferably in relevant stream (English, Marketing). 1. 2 years’ experience in in similar/ relevant business. Experience of office administration and working with the general public. Spoken English & Arabic. Competencies such as; Demonstrate a confident, empathetic approach to investigation, negotiation and counselling by telephone. Customer care and communication skills. Able to persuade people.
